Dr. Stephanie Hendricks
Founder and Family Medicine Provider, Dr. Stephanie Hendricks, DNP, FNP-C, was raised in rural North Dakota and has continued to grow her roots in this state with her husband and two young children. She has worked in the health care field for nearly 20 years in the areas of pediatrics, pediatric intensive care, adult intensive care, maternal fetal medicine, and research. Stephanie completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from North Dakota State University.
Stephanie’s passions include pediatric and adolescent health, chronic disease management, women’s health, dermatology, and treating both TMJ and chronic migraine with the use of Botox. She also enjoys caring for the sudden aches, colds, or acute concerns that happen unexpectedly.
Dr. Carrie Nelson
Dr. Carrie Nelson, DNP, FNP-C got her first taste of healthcare working at her local nursing home as a CNA in high school. She graduated from NDSU with her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees and currently teaches at NDSU in the nurse practitioner program.
Carrie’s passions include helping each patient understand the conditions they are at risk for so they can prevent disease and avoid medications or long-term health complications. She hopes to increase access to care via tele-health, mental health, and primary care in general.
Jessica is a pillar of Amend Healthcare and brings both her intelligence and compassion to the clinic. She has over 13 years of experience as an Registered Nurse in the fields of Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Emergency Care.
Jessica grew up on a farm in rural Minnesota and received her nursing degree from North Dakota State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children, often at the lake or outdoors.
Kayla has been working in healthcare for over 10 years with experience in medical records, billing, referrals and patient services. She is passionate about contributing to providing patients with relationship-centered care, which starts the moment they arrive at Amend Healthcare.
Kayla lives in Fargo with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time at the lake.
